How We Started
In 2017 Michael and Tracie Lewis started their cleaning company. With the cleaning supplies from their house they started Tracie Clea Which is still in business today. While cleaning houses and businesses they met someone who was the owner of over 20 vaca rentals. The owner was so happy with their cleanings he gave them a huge opportunity to grow their company alongside his company. By teaming up and focusing on the vacation rentals they were able to grow the company 4X and he was able to take his just over 20 vacation rental into over 300 and still counting. The cleaning business is still a huge part of their business but while building their business they learned everything they could about the vacation rental industry and evolved into what is now Lewis Multi family. come learn about the industry with Tracie and Michael while they take their knowledge and use it to build your vacation rental business.
